Mario Ceroli ‘Fratina’ Chair

This "Fratina" chair was designed by Mario Ceroli, based upon the the painting 1963 painting ‘MOBILI NELLA VALLE’ by Giorgio de Chiroco. It was first produced Studio Mario Ceroli then by Poltronova circa 1970’s. Made of Russian pinewood with a beautiful patina, this specific piece is unique in that the high back has a stunning symmetrical wood grain and knot pattern. Stamped ‘Ceroli Poltronova’ on the bottom panel of chair.
